Some people want to have a job that makes them happy, and other people are looking for a job just to earn money and to make their living.

I don't have a clear idea about my career. I would like to work with people, for example as a manager in marketing or in production. I would prefer to work for one good company during my career, but it's true that it isn't always possible. On the other hand, if you work for several different companies, you can gain a lot of experience and many different skills. I would prefer to work for a large international company because it could give me the opportunity to travel around the world. On the other hand, if you work for a small company, everyone knows each other and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed.

As for my career, I am an ambitious person, but, on the other hand, I don't think that building a career is the most important thing in my life.

I think all people want to build a career. But not all of them are successful. There are many reasons why some people are not successful. Some people are too lazy to work hard, others don't have the right abilities. A good manager should be energetic, creative, confident, persuasive, and enthusiastic. He should also study for extra qualifications in his free time. On the other hand, he should not be rude or too emotional. It always helps if the manager is friendly and has a sense of humor.

I think that when somebody wants to build a career, has the right abilities and is willing to work hard, he or she will be very successful.
