You don't know if you can trust the description on the website. Fortunately, in the EU you can usually return the goods within 14 days.
Companies that sell online must first have a good website that is easy to use. There must be a lot of information about the goods. The customers must see the price and an accurate description. When they order the product, they want to have it as quickly as possible. So the company needs a fast and reliable delivery service. Nobody and nothing is perfect, so they also need customer service for cases when something goes wrong (delivery delays, faulty goods…).
