Otestujte si předminulý čas (Past Perfect) – had + 3. tvar slovesa pro vyjádření „minulosti před minulostí".

Stručná pravidla:

  • Tvorba: had + past participle (had gone, had seen, had finished)
  • Použití: děj, který se stal PŘED jiným dějem v minulosti
  • Signální slova: before, after, by the time, already, just, never...before, when

Typické chyby Čechů:

❌ When I arrived, the train already left. → ✅ ...the train had already left. ❌ After she had finished, she had gone. → ✅ After she had finished, she went. (jen starší děj v PP!)
