Stručná pravidla:

  • Krátká slova (1 slabika): -er / -est (tall → taller → the tallest)
  • Dlouhá slova (3+ slabiky): more / the most (beautiful → more beautiful → the most beautiful)
  • Slova na -y: y → ier / iest (happy → happier → the happiest)
  • Nepravidelná: good → better → the best, bad → worse → the worst

Typické chyby Čechů:

❌ more better → ✅ better (nikdy nekombinujte more + nepravidelný tvar) ❌ He's oldest. → ✅ He's the oldest. (superlativ vždy s THE)
