Otestujte si znalost nepravidelných tvarů množného čísla (irregular plurals) v angličtině.

Stručná pravidla:

• Změna samohlásky: man → men, woman → women, foot → feet, tooth → teeth, mouse → mice, goose → geese
• Koncovka -en: child → children, ox → oxen
• Stejný tvar: sheep → sheep, deer → deer, fish → fish
• Změna -f/-fe na -ves: leaf → leaves, knife → knives, life → lives
• Z latiny/řečtiny: datum → data, phenomenon → phenomena, criterion → criteria
• Pomnožná (jen v plurálu): people, police, cattle, scissors, trousers
• Nepočitatelná (jen v singuláru): advice, news, information, furniture
