Some people want to have a job that makes them happy, and other people are looking for a job just to earn money and to make theirs living.
I don’t have any exact idea about my career. I would like to work with people, for example as a manager in marketing or in production. I would prefer to work for one good company during my career, but it’s true that it isn’t always possible. On the other hand, if you work for several different companies, you can get a good experience many different skills. I would prefer to work for a large international company because it could bring me the opportunity to travel around the world. On the other hand, if you work for a small company, all people know each other and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed.
As to my career, I am an ambitious person, but, on the other hand, I don’t think that making career is the most important thing in my life.
I think all people want to make career. But not all are successful. There are many reasons why some people are not successful. Somebody is lazy to work hard, somebody hasn‘t the right abilities. A good manager should be energetic, creative, confident, persuasive, and enthusiastic. He should also study for extra qualifications in his free time. On the other hand he should be too much rude and emotional. It always helps if the manager is friendly and has sense of humor.
I think that when somebody wants to make career and has the right abilities to do this and is willing to work hard, he or she will be very successful.
